Hazel has performed in various Arts events
(including at the The British Museum, Café Royal, The Cockpit
Theatre, The Middle Eastern Dance Conference in
Glastonbury and Harrow Dance Week). She has
appeared on BBC, Trouble TV, CBBC and Home
TV - and for fellow Variety artists of Equity (at the
Artists Association in the West End) |

Egyptian Dance for all!
Performances have been given to Egyptologists, stroke patients, trainee Managers, Parent/Teachers,
Japanese compatriots, midwives and Head Teachers;and guests at - hen parties, retirement function,
Jewish Purim festival and birthday celebrations!

Performances are often combined with an impromptu class where the audience become pupils!

Hen Parties
To date, Hazel has surprised 17 brides with belly dance! After taking to the floor with the bride, she gets
the friends all up dancing before relaxing the pace by teaching the basic moves and combining them into
simple routines. At the end while the participants enjoy a well-earned rest, Hazel gives a performance.
Hen organisers may opt for the Drummer too and he gets the hen drumming while everyone joins in the
rhythm. As to where to hold it - booking a room provides more space, a private section in a restaurant
lends a ready atmosphere, but it's just as much fun to push the lounge furniture back! |

Hazel also works with fellow
dancer Linda Parker.
- Hazel and Linda performed together most recently at the Morgan Stanley Bank Christmas Party
with 2 Drummers.
- Together they ran the highly successful show 'The Gypsy in Me' in Sutton House, a National Trust
Property - involving 21 artists whose music and dance had been influenced by Gypsy migration.
- They co-led 'Sinai Dance', an Egyptian Dance holiday in Na'ama Bay. 'The best experience of my
life', commented one participant!
